    Fica muito perto da praia ,uma das melhores praia de caraguatatuba, bem movimentada ,praia calma quase sem onda

    No anúncio mostra o apartamento do alto,porém ficamos em baixo onde a diferença é que a churrasqueira fica de frente pro estacionamento do prédio, tem uns toldos privativos que funcionam bem ,caso for usar a churrasqueira não dá pra usar o toldo achei um pouco de falta de privacidade pra quem está usando a churrasqueira no apartamento de baixo, a casa não tem cortinas ,e.não sabia aonde desligar a luz do estacionamento, ou seja foi difícil pegar no sono.Quando descobrimos aonde desligava as luzes do estacionamento tinha um cacto lá e raspei a mão em um dos espinhos do cacto, tanto lugar pra por o cacto e deixar próximo ao interruptor
