  Overall an excellent and comfortable stay

  The location was excellent and it was easy to reach public transport options (for the most part). The accommodation is right beside a tunnel (Avenue Gustavo Eiffel) with a lot of slow moving traffic. I'd recommend anyone using an Uber or a Taxi to factor in extra time because of the traffic in that area. The accommodation itself is great, and we were on the top floor which is (thankfully) accessible via a lift. The facilities were great and the apartment was very well-equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and a capsule coffee machine. There is a cafe at the bottom of the building, and a small SPAR supermarket just around the corner (which sells replacement capsules for the machine).

  There were two fans, but no air conditioning. It wasn't an issue during our stay in October, but I can easily imagine the heat bring troublesome during hotter times of the year.

  Excelente.

  Excelente ubicación, cerca del Río y lugares de interés. El apto con una limpieza impecable y muy cómodo. Puedes cocinar y hay lavadora. Mi estancia aquí fue muy buena.

  No es un problema significativo, pero si tuviera que mencionar algo que no me gustó es el ascensor. Es extremadamente lento para subir o bajar y hace ruidos muy fuertes durante su funcionamiento.

  Localização mesmo junto ao Rio Douro. Tem tudo o que é preciso. Estive em dias de muito calor e o apartamento por ser em pedra mantêm uma temperatura fresca. Quem precisar ainda pode ligar a ventilação existente.

  Juste exceptionnel

  Cet appartement est juste parfait : super propre, l’emplacement est idéal, le lit est très confortable, les équipements sont très complets (il y a même un diffuseur pour le sèche cheveux!). La procédure d’arrivée était très claire. Je recommande absolument cet appartement! Le rapport qualité prix est plus qu’excellent.
