A bad night's sleep
The location of the Old Mill is ideal for walking into Helston. Restaurants, shops and pubs are all 5 mins away when walking.
1. The mattresses are so soft you get swallowed up and feel the bed frame below. 2. The walls and floors are so thin you can hear everything in the apartment above and below. 3. The apartment felt dirty and sticky like walking in a pub with sticky floors. 4. The bathroom is antiquated. 5. The decor needs refreshing. 6. The floorboards squeak. We stay in loads of holiday lets each year and I would say a fair price for this apartment would be £80 per night.

Great location and easy to use the key box , clear instructions for finding property . Spacious flat . Easy walk to shop . Easy to park
The fridge is in desperate need of replacement , and the kitchen needs a deep clean . Some parts of the property felt tired and the main bedroom bedding had not been changed .
