    Great communication but bad experience☹️

    The office was very nice, responsive and easy to talk to. There was a maintenance guy that came and did his best to help us (unfortunately he didn't succeed). The location was only great and the house was very clean.

    The AC in 2 of the rooms didn't work from the start, even though I asked the staff weeks in advance and they assured me that it was working. After one day, the third AC also stopped working. The water pressure was unbearably low, almost not usable. The maintenance guy came and did his best at fixing the AC and the water pressure but he is not a technician and was not able to really change anything... When he reported that back to the office, they told him it's up to the owner of the apartment to fix that and he didn't want to. We had to endure the broken AC and the low water pressure for the whole stay.. When I tried to contact the office for compensation they said it's also up to the owner and I never got an answer.

    Big and spacious

    Air conditioning was not working when we went. Temperatures in Rome were 35-39 degrees so we had to find a different accommodation. Couldn’t even cancel the reservation even with the cancellation fee and get the partial refund
