    Very clean place and very central.

    There was ongoing renovation work in the building, which was not mentioned on Booking.com. Had I been aware of this, I would have preferred to choose alternative accommodation. As someone with asthma and allergies, staying in a building undergoing renovation was not ideal. In addition, a builder was working directly outside the window during our stay. When I am on holiday, I do not expect to have workers operating outside my window. Fortunately, we stayed for only two nights. The owner also provided a list of tasks to complete before check-out. While I agree that guests should wash dishes after use, cleanliness standards vary from person to person, and it should ultimately be checked by the cleaner. Several glasses and wine glasses were not properly clean when we arrived, and I had to wash them before using them. I did not notice that a security deposit was required, which was my oversight. However, there was no face-to-face handover at check-in or check-out, which leaves room for subjective interpretation regarding the condition of the property. Furthermore, the apartment itself was not in the best condition, making me concerned about the deposit process.

    Peggior esperienza, alloggio non vivibile, oste senza nessun rispetto o aiuto.

    AlpRent aveva scritto, c´erano lavori sulla faciata in fase terminale. Alla mia domanda se c´era rumore, ha risposto in scritto NO.

    La ubicación perfecta! Estaba muy limpio y la cocina tenía muchos enseres para usar. El baño está reformado y muy cómodo.

    El edificio está en obras. Perdia un poco de encanto, pero la verdad es se oía poco ruido. No teníamos vistas a la calle.
