    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wunderschöne Villa – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Die Räume waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Haus ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Besonders der schöne Pool lädt zum Entspannen und Baden ein. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert, was bei warmen Temperaturen natürlich besonders angenehm war. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Villa-Manager. Er war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und stand uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert zur Verfügung. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Notre séjour a été catastrophique, aussi bien concernant la propreté que la sécurité du logement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la villa n’était pas dans l’état attendu : plusieurs cafards morts étaient présents dans le logement, les draps étaient sales et différents éléments montraient clairement que le logement n’avait pas été correctement contrôlé et préparé avant notre arrivée. Cela ne correspond absolument pas au niveau de qualité attendu pour une villa présentée comme « Luxury ». Le plus grave reste cependant la sécurité. Nous avons été victimes d’un cambriolage dans la villa PENDANT QUE NOUS DORMIONS. Une personne a réussi à pénétrer dans le logement et plusieurs de nos effets personnels ont été volés. Nous avons immédiatement contacté la police et déposé une plainte. Après le cambriolage, nous avons découvert que les dispositifs de sécurité n’étaient même pas correctement opérationnels : la caméra de surveillance était déconnectée/éteinte et les détecteurs de mouvement ainsi que certains dispositifs liés à l’alarme avaient également été désactivés. Les propriétaires nous ont expliqué que d’anciens locataires auraient déconnecté ces équipements. Cela signifie donc que la villa a été remise à de nouveaux voyageurs sans qu’une vérification complète des équipements de sécurité ait été effectuée.
