Wonderful hotel, good location and rooftop!
The staff were so polite and friendly The rooftop was a great touch with great views. The room was really big and clean The breakfasts was good Ideal location to restaurants and the lake.
The kitchen staff were quite slow with providing tea and coffees at breakfast and the coffee wasn't very nice (personally). Sachets were provided in the room but no milk. The pool was great but very cold There was a lot of noise throughout the night from the bar/room above.

Heerlijk hotel in Pokhara Lakeside
Een goede locatie in Pokhara Lakeside, comfortabele ruime kamers, goed-werkende airconditioning, zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Ich würde nicht nochmal hin fahren.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super!
Das Frühstück kann leider gar nicht viel. Wenig Auswahl und auch die Qualität könnte besser sein. Der Poolbereich ist ganz okay, aber das Wasser im Whirlpool war schaumig braun am Rand des Whirlpools. Auch die gebuchte Maniküre, sowie Pediküre kann ich leider echt nicht empfehlen. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, dass auch unter dem Namen "...und Spa" läuft, hatte ich mir etwas mehr gewünscht. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken drauf.

性价比一班。
酒店最大的亮点是房顶上有个无边小泳池，站在泳池就能看到雪山，但是人太多了。房间不大但带阳台。
工作人员服务态度不够主动和热情。
