My time at the Excellency Forest Trail was very good. The staff were super friendly! The hotel is located a bit far from the city but I loved being surrounded by nature. They have a small creek just by the hotel which makes a very relaxing background noise. The food was also delicious. Would definitely come back.

Exceptional
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful can't stop thinking about how perfect everything was! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome - warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. Waking up to such a peaceful and scenic setting was a dream. What truly stood out was the staff. Every member - from housekeeping to reception - was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It really made a difference. The location is another gem. If you're looking for relaxation, it's perfectly placed, peaceful enough to disconnect and unwind. Overall, this resort exceeded all expectations. It's rare to find a place where every detail is so well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway. Can't wait to return!
