    O apartamento estava limpo e bem remodelado. Perto de serviços sem precisar de deslocar de carro

    O prédio estava sempre muito sujo, bem como o espaço exterior ao prédio.

    Ao início estranha-se, pelo prédio ser antigo e por não parecer muito apelativo por fora. Mas a sensação dura apenas até entrarmos no apartamento. Muito bem equipado, varanda enorme. Vantagem de ter ar condicionado porque o sol bate todo o dia. Bairro sossegado. Supermercados e bons restaurantes perto.
