    Faultless

    The bed was very comfortable! Great sleep! Veronica was very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Great to be able to request beach towels. Good value for money.

    Parking is first come, first served and can be tight.

    The location and it was warm and cosy when we had the heater on

    We are Mum and Son. Our room was changed and downgraded, when I went to tell them, had to stand my ground to get the family room we paid for, staff kept saying all the rooms are the same, and then someone booked the family room 3 hours after we paid for it, staff wanted to give it to them. We started moving our gears out of the downgraded room. I had pictures of the family room that I insisted to have because it was exactly the room online we booked. When we checked out another staff member tried to justify that if they have bigger families they give them the family room. Please don’t make it available online if you intend to change rooms by the time we arrive.

    Lovely clean and friendly staff very comfy beds

    The staff were very friendly the property was very clean and comfortable great quiet location for families near lovely cafe beach and Aquarium
