Perfect value and price combination
Amazing, no, perfect location! Close to city center, 3 mins to metro, tram and busses so you can reach anywhere very fast. Beach is 25 mins by tram, 15 mins walk to Acropolis. 2 bedrooms do not share walls so its very comfortable for 2 couples or a family with kids. Master bedroom is very roomy, while smaller room is not that big, but was perfect for us Communication with George was amazing! Super polite and same day response House uses solar heated water so also nice thought on sustainability
Kitchen is worn out and could use update on utensils. There is nothing provoded, not even salt - so of you plan to do cooking you will need to buy everything. Walls are quite thin, so we could hear neighbors practicing playing instruments at late hour, but in general you are at mercy of neighbors staying around as many apartments in the building are rented out, so one can get lucky :) Dusting could be better, and there could be vacuum available for guests, specially staying longer time As someone else wrote there is big wardrobe in the smaller room but its full of blankets and other things, so it cannot be used For families with small children - there are 2 balconies that cannot be locked so small children that can open doors by themselves can also run there, and as its 4th floor its something to have in mind

Ubicación más que perfecta
La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro de Atenas, cerca del metro, autobuses e incluso caminando a muchos lugares turísticos. La calle y el apartamento son muy tranquilos para descansar. Espacio suficiente para cuatro personas, funcional y con agradables balcones.
Falta cariño en los detalles: baterías agotadas de los mandos a distancia, muchas almohadas con la misma dureza, lavabo atascado, una balda del baño rota y no sustituida. Un microondas vendría bien y unas cortinas también.

Localizată la 10 minute de Acropolis , aproape de metrou , stație de autobuze, magazine și restaurante.
Baia este neprimitoare, cu finisaje de culoare închisă , nu îți dai seama dacă a fost igienizată corespunzător . Dușul este vechi , scurgerea este ca și inexistentă , baia se inunda .
