Die Unterkunft liegt recht Zentral in der Stadt und handelt sich um eine voll nutzbare Wohnung. Nach Palermo und San Telmo sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Uber. Für Leute die sich selbst versorgen wollen, ist 5min entfernt ein Coto (für Deutsche ähnlich groß wie ein Kaufland). Die Wohnung ist charmant eingerichtet und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Man muss sich der Verhältnisse und Zeiten in Buenos Aires bewusst sein und darauf achten die Schiebefenster richtig zu schließen sowie die durchaus hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Der Bau- und Wohnstiel ist auch eher US Amerikanisch, sollte aber für den Aufenthalt kein Problem sein. Preis Leistung ist absolut top. Da gibts für viel mehr Geld, viel weniger Komfort. Besonders angenehm ist die Ruhe. Diese laute und chaotische Stadt ist in der Wohnung kaum zu spüren. Vorallem für Leute die Ruhe für Schlaf brauchen ist das geeignet. Bei den Amaturen im Bad ist drauf zu achten, dass das C für caliente (heiß) und nicht für cold steht, so vermeidet man schmerzhafte Überraschungen. Insgesamt war ich rundum zufrieden.

Super tranquilo el lugar, limpio, cómodo, bonito y Pato el dueño una gran persona, muy atento y servicial ! Lo recomiendo 100% !! Repetiré eventualmente.
