    Unwelcoming and overpriced.

    It was functional and central.

    Cold and smelt damp on arrival. Smell of drains on flushing toilet. Uncomfortable furnishings. Had to call out maintenance as alarm kept going off. Located in a back lane. Overpriced.

    Excellent

    It worked in well for us parking was a bonus. Everything on the door step cafes, pubs, rail station, places to eat. Also public transport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I have used this accommodation before and will be using it next year as well.

    Super accommodation, we would definitely stay again.

    The property was very clean, spotless actually. It is in a lovely quiet wee lane. The parking is right next to the accommodation. The beds are very comfortable with good pillows. Plenty of room for storing clothes. The bathrooms are lovely. Close to local shops and a short drive to shopping centre. Fairly priced. All the facilities were there that we needed, for example: toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, etc.

    I would have liked tea, coffee, sugar and milk there on our arrival but as I said the local shop was only a 2 minute walk away so it wasn’t a problem.

    Great size and location. Very clean and with fantastic space for a group visit.

    There was nothing we didn’t like. Had a great stay.
