    I am writing to report the owner's dishonest conduct. When I arrived at the apartment on the evening of August 18, there was a power outage, and it was unclear when the electricity would be restored. I could not simply wait for the power to return in a hot room with no lights or air conditioning, especially without knowing when the situation would be resolved. Since surrounding buildings still had power, I booked a hotel just a short walk away and notified the owner that I was cancelling my stay. I had booked for three nights and requested a refund for at least two of them; however, the owner refused, claiming that the power came back on at 10:00 PM and that the outage was not their fault. Had I known beforehand that the power would return at 10:00 PM, I might have endured the wait in the room, but there was a possibility the outage could have lasted the entire three-night stay. I asked the owner if *they* would be willing to spend time in a pitch-black, hot room without air conditioning while not knowing when the power would return, but they dismissed my point entirely. Furthermore, despite spending less than five minutes in the room and leaving it spotless, the owner refused to refund the cleaning fee. The owner, having received €345 for the three-night booking, refused any refund at all, arguing that there was no issue since Booking.com had provided a €60 compensation payment. It is an outrageous situation.

    Would definitely recommend.

    Everything you need is provided. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as described. Communication was also good.
