    Was a nice stay with lovely friendly staff and lots of little extras

    Staff were lovely especially Putri, Ayu and Swit. Nothing was too much for them. The welcome foot massage was great, free shuttle to Icon Mall and the laundry service was a nice touch. Would recommend

    Fab, would definitely come back for a longer stay.

    Really cute little villas, some with direct access to the pool, but we were not lucky enough to get one of those. Purchase last minute booking for just one night, because our or original flight was cancelled. Staff were exceptionally helpful. They also offer a complimentary 15min foot massage. I booked an additional hour, it was a superb massage, I think the lovely young massage lady was called Depak. All in all a memorable stay.

    I slipped and fell when entering the pool as there were no access steps. My partner also slipped, luckily no harm done, but this could be a problem for someone.

    Lovely staff, but listing misleading

    The staff were really lovely. The day we checked in happened to be their monthly free BBQ which was great timing and food was nice (plus free beer!). The 15-minute included foot massage was great.

    - it was very expensive for the location, the lack of facilities and it's size - both the accom and the pool were completely different to what we expected - the photos included with the room listing show it as poolside but ours was not - the photos make the villa look so much bigger - the photos make the pool look bigger and deeper - the towels (both in-room and for the pool) were so old, faded and shabby - having to leave a deposit for the towels is silly, especially when they are that old, who is stealing them? - the floor was very dirty, though swept needed to be mopped - there were only 2 coat hangers provided - the lighting was so dark, needs at least brighter globes - the breakfast was nice but no alternative milk options - there was no info in description to explain that the onsite restaurant was not open for other meals and there are few food options nearby The staff were friendly, and I would still recommend a stay, but suggest that the listing be updated with more accurate photos and description.
