    The staff were exceptional! Extremely friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were beautiful and the location was a 10-15 minute walk to most places. Situated in a very quiet area. Will definitely book again when in Victoria!

    A quart hotel offering style, hospitality and a memorable breakfast.

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to lift our suitcases up the two flights of stairs to our room.The guest lounge area was very comfortable and facilitated both coffee and tea making as well as offering home made soup for guests returning in the late afternoon.Breakfast was exceptional. Arranging a timed sitting ensured a well paced meal. Small touches such as the days weather forecast on the back of the daily menu was well considered. The food itself was beautifully cooked and presented.

    Our room was on the second floor and had no lift access. The room itself was quaint but the bathroom and sink were very confined.Those travellers arriving in Victoria from the ferry transfer, should be aware that there is a bit of an incline when pulling a suitcase. There is no fridge facility in the room.
