    I could clearly see the hand of God at work as I checked in and got to my room.

    The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I was a weary traveler that night, and she made me feel at home.

    There's no elevator and we had to carry luggage up some stairs.

    Excellent

    The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is amazing, not one day, but everyday. The lounge is so comfortable, bartenders are great. Good restaurants just a second away

    TV volume seems low
