    Well worth the money

Lovely welcome by Shona. Good location approx 15 min walk to Torquay harbour although probably quicker if you are not 75 years old. Really clean and comfortable accommodation, on site parking, lounge with cards/games available and an honesty bar. Very tasty breakfast.

    Cannot fault it.
