    Loved the views with rice terrace and floret, swimming pool, the food and the lovely staff 🥰 always so nice and ready to help. Beautiful hotel and amazing rooms very good to relax! Thank to all staff ❤️

    Een heerlijk verblijf met uitzonderlijk goede service!

    We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij ABISENA. De kamers zijn prachtig, bijzonder schoon en verzorgd, met heerlijke bedden, een fijne douche en een schitterend uitzicht op het groen vanaf het balkon. Ook het zwembad is fijn met ligbedjes waarop de handdoeken al klaar liggen. Wat dit hotel echt bijzonder maakt, is de uitzonderlijk vriendelijke en attente service. Het personeel doet er alles aan om je volledig te ontzorgen. Het hotel ligt tegen een heuvel, waardoor sommige stukken wat steil zijn. Dit is prima te lopen, zoals wij ook regelmatig hebben gedaan. Daarnaast kun je gebruikmaken van een buggy die je met één telefoontje komt ophalen of brengen. Een leuke extra service! We zijn een paar keer opgehaald door Tio, die ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Het hotel ligt wat afgelegen van het centrum van Ubud, maar dit wordt uitstekend opgelost met een goed georganiseerde shuttleservice naar het centrum. Het restaurant verdient een extra compliment. Vanwege mijn coeliakie moet ik strikt glutenvrij eten en hier werd fantastisch rekening mee gehouden. Gerechten werden met zorg aangepast en er werden zelfs heerlijke glutenvrije wentelteefjes voor me gemaakt. Ook de smoothies en cappuccino met kokosmelk waren heerlijk! De kleine attenties maken het verblijf compleet: flesjes water voor onderweg en iedere avond een lekkere verrassing op de kamer, voor mij zelfs glutenvrije macarons. Daarnaast wordt er ’s avonds voor entertainment gezorgd, wat een gezellige toevoeging is aan het verblijf. Een prachtig, schoon en verzorgd hotel waar gastvrijheid en persoonlijke aandacht echt centraal staan. Absoluut een aanrader!

    Het hotel ligt iets buiten het centrum van Ubud, waardoor je niet zomaar overal naartoe kunt lopen. Dit wordt echter uitstekend opgelost met een goed georganiseerde shuttleservice naar het centrum. Voor ons was dit dan ook geen enkel probleem.
