    Great homely location to explore Venice

    Felt very homely and welcoming. Lots of space. Great location. Loved the outdoor area too. Short easy walk from train station.

    Shower water temp was lukewarm. Thought it might get better each day but it didn't. We're also quite tall and shower head only went to shoulder height so had to crouch down to get fully wet. Not owner's fault but got very noisy from people in apartment above dragging furniture and singing when they got home after midnight.

    Bel appartement au cœur de S. Croce, très calme .

    Joli appartement typiquement vénitien (sol en terrazo, meubles anciens,), très bien situé sur une placette très calme. Bonne climatisation, et grand balcon.

    Logement idéal et pratique.

    Le calme du quartier avec des commerces tout proches, le logement spacieux, simple et très pratique.

    Parfois les voisins du dessus qui font traîner leurs chaises.

    Perfect location...definitely much quieter than San Polo with cute restaurants and cafés just around the corner and gondolas passing nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!
