    Spacious Room, Nice Facilities, and a Convenient Location

    My brother had a very pleasant stay at Absolute Hotel in Astana. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the interior was attractive and well maintained, giving the impression that the property may have been recently renovated. He particularly appreciated the small gym located near the indoor swimming pool, where he was able to work out during his stay. The hotel also provided two complimentary bottles of water every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was convenient, and the room included a very spacious private bathroom. Interestingly, when I made the reservation, the booking platform suggested that an upgrade might be required to have a private bathroom. I did not select that option, but my brother's room already included one. This may simply have been an error in the booking information. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with spacious accommodations, good facilities, and a convenient location.

    The only minor inconvenience occurred during check-in. My brother attempted to pay by credit card using a mobile payment app, but the receptionist advised that a PIN was required, which was unexpected for this type of payment. As a result, he paid part of the amount in cash. Two days later, he settled the remaining balance using the same payment method, and the transaction went through without requiring a PIN, much to the receptionist's surprise as well.
