    Location lakeside was beautiful and we were able to have long walks with our dog. Very peaceful.

    Sorry the toilet seats were a nuisance and one toilet’s flusher was a makeshift job. There was mould in the bathrooms and light switches were grimy. Linen could do with replacement.

    Would not book again, had potential but severely let down by poor hygiene. The house had bedding for 6, but only lounge,

    The view and front veranda were lovely

    It needed a professional clean. When we arrived we had to clean black mould from the shower frame, the glass was covered in soap scum. More concerning were used ear buds in the bottom drawer. The toilet button was broken so they had tied a lanyard, pull to flush, so unhygienic. Excessive use of power boards was concerning as I couldn’t see fire alarms. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so lots of mould around the main bathroom window. I cleaned the bathroom floor and when I lifted the toilet brush there was a ring of scum around it. Ceiling fans dusty too. Overall, get a good cleaner !

    Sunrise over the water. Nice house but cold and the ground was very muddy after the rains. Heated toilet and beds were good, would have been really cold without them.

    It would be better to stay here in summer,.
