Gym and location
Let me start by saying, the gym is great and the location is perfect. However, this was my second to worst hotel experience. The room I was initially assigned shook ferociously all day. The front desk attendant noted that “the whole hotel shakes when laundry is in the spin cycle.” A lie that was repeated by the hotel manager. I reported the shaking my first day. I became nauseous and unable to work in my room. The person informed me that it would only last ten minutes and they would inform management. That was a lie. The next day it continued. I called the second day to inform the them that my room continued to vibrate from the laundry and they repeat d the lie that the whole hotel shakes when laundry is going. The attendant placed me on hold as they talked the manager. Unfortunately for them, the hold ended and I could hear them talking s#it about me on the line. This was very unprofessional. To their credit, management changed my room once I mentioned I heard the desk attendant’s statements about me. However, the manager assigned the room to begin with. Following the room change, to no one’s surprise, the WHIOE HOTEL DID NOT SHAKE DURING LAUNDRY! Horrible experience. I paid over a grand for my stay and felt as if I were being played/dismissed by management and customer service. Would never stay here again.

The convenience, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff make all the difference with this hotel.
The restaurant/bar. Having dinner options were very convenient and also good meals. Kendra at the bar was excellent!! The front desk staff was very helpful when I needed to book another night. The cleaning staff was friendly and cleaned thoroughly!
