Very large rooms, well equiped. Metro station Spezia nearby and therefore only 10 - 15 min. to the city center.

Nice and comfortable with great parking. Very thin walls = risk of noise from other rooms.
Good location if you want to stay in Lingotto. Spacious room with a nice layout and nice floor. It's also a nice feature that it's located in a bit of a historical building which used to be a pasta factory. Nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good but felt a bit limited for a 4 star hotel. Parking: this is really good. There's a good spacious garage under the building with something like 10 places available on a first come first served basis, and otherwise there's plenty of spaces within the hotel's gated grounds. Garage entry is pretty good with no sharp border edges and such but the ramp down is a bit steep so you need to be careful or use the nose lift if you have a low car.
The big comfort issue is that there are seemingly paper thin walls between the rooms. Don't know if it applies to all rooms, but our large room on the top floor had that issue. We lost a couple of hours of sleep because an Italian couple was talking loudly, walking around in shoes and slamming stuff around during the night in the room next to us. With proper walls that wouldn't really have been an issue. Called the reception a couple of times and asked them to deal with it but not sure what the guy in the reception did and if it helped. We got the parking free of charge as compensation but be aware of this risk if you book a room here.
