    It was in a great location and the staff was amazing. Diana especially was so helpful!!

    It would be helpful for the luggage if there was a lift.

    Thank you Daniella & hosts, wished we could have stayed a year here! We all fell in love with Firenze!

    This property exceeded expectations! Absolutely divine with elegant furnishings, original unique art and fantastic books. It was very comfortable, beds wonderful and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Our family of four stayed here & the location was phenomenal! You over one of the most popular panini shops in Firenze. SO close to Uffizi gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and great trattorias all around us! We walked up the Campanile & the views of the Duomo were spectacular, also the Pitti palace was extraordinary. We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful accommodation in the heart of Firenze, it is a true gem! Daniella was very helpful also.

    We loved our stay here and would love to stay here again!

    The location was very convenient to all points of interest. Living area was very spacious.

    The tub/shower left the floor area wet .
