    Apartment toll, aber Wohnkomplexlage nicht unbedingt jedermann Sache

    Sehr schönes Appartment. Alles vorhanden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz positiv und leicht über Aufzug zu erreichen. Balkon vorhanden. Nicht weit ins Stadtzentrum.

    Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Wohnblock neuerer Bauart und wird auch umringt von selben. Aufgrund anderen angrenzenden Gebäuden sollte an den Fenstern ein Sichtschutz angebracht werden. Weinberg war vom Appartment ( Balkon ) nicht erkennbar, was vielleicht auch an Bäumen lag.
