Location close to Tube and Bus station, quite area, 2 bathrooms, clean apartment.
Our apartment was in the basement. Available pictures do not correspond to the real apartment. Kids expected different room and were upset, it was rather dark. In general, it was then OK, no smell or smth, living room hell. But it should be communicated before booking. Nice garden in front of the living room, but exit blocked. Would be nice to sit outside after a busy day.

Huge apartment with lot of space and lot of light. Wardrobe and drawers, plenty of storage space in the kitchen, nice living room. We had a couple of maintenance issues, things that can happen, but the team was great, super-kind and super-quick in fixing them. Thanks
The beds in my bedroom were really unconfortable. Honestly, the other 4 were fine, so I was unlucky, but it can be improved. Also some other small things could be improved, like the air fans for the bathrooms, one shower fixture a little loose.

Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene.
Posizione in quartiere molto tranquillo, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. l'appartameto era al terzo ed ultimo piano con tre camere da letto, ottimo per 6 persone. Comoda la cucina nuova con apertura direttamente sulla sala da pranzo. Ottime anche le prese con porta USB, che ci hanno consentito di ricaricare gli smartphone senza l'uso di adattatori UK per i caricabatterie.
Non c'era sapone per lavarsi, né per i piatti. Pentole appena sufficienti se vuoi preparare qualche pasto a casa. La dotazione di asciugamani è di 1 a testa per doccia, viso, mani, ecc. (ma su richiesta te ne forniscono altri). Non c'è una scopa, e se ti fermi 9 giorni, non puoi farne a meno.

Buena ubicacion y las instalaciones limpias y reformadas. Apartamento amplio con lo necesario y comodo
No tenia secador de pelo y las almoadas muy bajitas para mi gusto, algo incomodos los colchones. Tuvimos un dia un problema con la cerradura de la puerta de entrada, no podiamos entrar al apartamento y llamamos al telefono que nos dieron para emergencias. No nos respondio nadie. Enviamos un mail y todavia sigo esperando respuesta. Suerte que habia unos operarios que estaban trabajando en el apartamento de al lado y nos ayudaron pudimos resolver el problema. Todo bien pero si tienes un problema durante tu estancia no te van a ayudar.

Manque une machine à café, de la vaisselle ( saladier , plat pour le four par exemple) ainsi que liquide vaisselle, un balai La serrure de la porte d’entrée est difficile à manipuler
