    Scammed by host

    Host required me to fill in an online form, just before arrival. Of course I did not have a computer with me and it took half an hour to complete the form on my phone. Flat is very difficult to find.

    Host asked for a deposit upon check-in. I did not see the money back. I discussed via Whatsapp why and the host accused me of stealing pillows, which we had not done. I tried to talk with the host, but he remained unprofessional, rude and kept the money (200 EUR)
