  Luxury, Cleanliness, Security...

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars We had a wonderful stay at this Durban beachfront accommodation. The property was exceptionally clean, neat, tidy, and beautifully maintained. Its location was perfect, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The beachfront setting was stunning, and the area felt safe and secure, allowing us to enjoy relaxed evening beach walks with complete peace of mind. The hosts were absolutely brilliant and highly responsive. We experienced a minor issue with the iron during our stay, and it was resolved promptly and professionally, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, safety, and outstanding hospitality made for a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again. 🌊😊🏖️

  Overall it was good. We would book there again😎

  What I liked most was that the accommodation was spacious and well-equipped with a full set of cutlery. Its location was also perfect - close to shops and restaurants.

  The hot water quickly finishes in the shower so one has to shower quickly before the water gets cold. And my partner had to wait for another hour to shower.

  The harassment from a person Kale for individual copy of breakage deposit which I didn't have because it was inclusive in total payment , which I did send her confirmation as soon as we landed. Thereafter she sent a WhatsApp saying your check-in will be delayed because I didn't give her the breakage deposit confirmation, I was explaining, everything was included in total payment that I sent. When we got to building the man at front desk said there is no reservation for me it was 4 pm, the manager also started being very rude screaming and shouting and that we must leave the building It was very strange and dodgy. I got him recorded luckily they gave us a free cancelation at about 5. Hopefully we will receive full refund, nothing to date. I gave the apartment a bad review, Kale sends another message today saying booking won't keep that review and that we are banned from 52 establishments in north beach and Point waterfront for being violent. Never experienced such behavior with an establishment from booking.com especially when we booked through them all over the world. I believe the people managing apartment are rude and lack people skills. I hope no else go through this harassment.
