    Urlaub vor verschlossenen Türen

    Die Lage der Wohnung war gut.

    Zugang zur Wohnung bekamen wir nicht. Der Vermieter war bis heute nicht erreichbar, weder für uns noch Booking.com. Wir mussten ein anderes Hotel buchen.

    Secure, central, but needs maintenance.

    The space was secure and very central to the city, only steps from the Arena. A single key card was your access to the apartments and the electricity within the room. There was a small breakfast provided in the mornings between 8 and 930a with a nice view. Juices, pastries, cereals, yogurts and fresh brewed espresso were self-serve in a common area. Despite the small spaces and the appearance that these were converted into multiple B&B rooms within a larger space, they were well sound proofed. The host was very nice and asked briefly about our stay and adventures for the city. Though, we never learned his name. Some small toiletries were provided, which was nice.

    From the moment we checked-in the toilet was an issue. It ran incessantly and quite loudly as we entered the room. After leaving a message for the host, he asked us upon check-in the next morning for more details and by the evening had attempted to address the issue while we were out exploring the city. Unfortunately, after a few uses it wouldn't flush and continued to run... We had a non-working toilet the entire stay. Which, arguably is an essential amenity while traveling. An offer for a discount on our stay would have been appreciated, however, was not. The room was quite small for two people, but sufficed for a short stay. There was minimal airflow from the window and we could not seem to get the AirCon to work.

    La posizione eccezionale è super vicina all'Arena.

    Non c'era bagnoschiuma per la doccia , solo una piccola saponetta. Non c'era acqua nel distributore d'acqua e neanche in frigorifero. Avevamo richiesto una tripla con 3 letti singoli e ci è stata data una camera doppia con l'aggiunta di un lettino. Non c'era spazio per muoversi. A parte la posizione eccezionale tutto il resto un pò da rivedere.
