Will definitely go there again and will recommend this place
Place was very good, all staff members where absolutely fantastic, clean rooms good breakfast and obviously good security provided, like making sure gate is looked and a managerial staff available 24/7

NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
Nothing! At least the ladies working at the property were very friendly
Everything was horrible, from checking in to checking out. I was checked in by a man who had mobility problems, he had great difficulity walking, it was not a good experience. There were kids roaming all over the property making noise. This property is undergoing renovation and it is very very filthy. What makes it worse is that they clean the room once a week. You are not supposed to flush toilet paper you put them in a bin, yet the room is serviced once a week!! I was not aware of this up until I came back late night only to find that the room was never cleaned, when I enquired they stated that it's cleaned once. Secondly, there is hardly ever bottled water except the 4 bottles I found in the fridge, when I asked I was told that those 4 500ml bottles are for the entire stay. I was also shocked that they marked by booking as a "no show" when I showed up & stayed the entire week, when I asked them they said it's Booking.com that had cancelled my booking, now I understand why I paid at the property. On the morning of my checkout, I sent them a message that I'll be checking out 12h30 & their response was "Okay". I checked out 12h30, gave them the keys and stayed in the open area waiting for my Uber. When my Uber arrived, then the guy says to me I must pay $248 for late check out, which wasn't stated to me when I told them I'm checking out 12h30. I politely said to him, you've been here all morning, you said nothing, now that my Uber is here you want me to return & make payment which you never said anything about. I told him to email me this invoice for late checkout but there has been nothing.
