Gute Wohnung mit einigen Dingen die zu beachten sind
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten direkt für alle vorbereitet (5 Personen, Schlafcouch mitbenutzt). Die Wohnung hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Was man beachten sollte: Die Wohnung hat KEINEN Herd oder Backofen. Man könnte sich aber elektrische Kochplatte mitbringen. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen und auch empfehlen, aber auf diese Dinge hinweisen.
Die Wohnung riecht extrem feucht/muffig. Leider auch mit gutem Lüften nicht besser geworden. Leider hat sie auch einen Silberfisch befall.

Lokalizacja świetna.Natomiast warto zostawić auto kilka ulic dalej gdzie nie ma już strefy płatnego parkowania.

Authentischer Kurztripp Berlin
Die Ferienwohnung ist für einen Kurztripp völlig ausreichend und dazu kostengünstig. Ja, es muss erwähnt werden, sie liegt in einem Altbau in Berlin und man muss über einen Hinterhof, durch ein knarzendes Treppenhaus mit Graffiti aber für uns hatte genau das einen authentischen Charakter. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und die Matratzen waren wirklich super. Entgegen der Bewertungen anderer waren wir überrascht, wie ruhig alles war. Die Lage ist super, U-Bahn und S-Bahn gleich um die Ecke. Parken ist auch kein Problem, gleich ums Eck ist ein Parkaus der Arcaden für 20Euro am Tag und gleich nebenan ein privater Parkplatz für 10 Euro am Tag. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die suuuuuuper Pizzeria die, so glaube ich, zur Wohnung gehört. Spitzen essen zu unschlagbar günstigen Preisen. Frisch, lecker, grosse Auswahl und die Leute da sind super nett.
Wir haben das WLAN nicht nutzen können (anscheinend ist das Passwort veraltet)

Excelente relación calidad-precio y muy bien comunicada.
La vivienda era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada para una familia de tres personas, teniendo en cuenta que fuimos a hacer turismo.
No había casi luz natural y la vivienda estaba situada al lado de unos cubos de basura.
