Actually, it was a good location if you have a car, a big supermarket was somewhat a walking distance and there was some public transport available, which we did not use. It has a huge terrace, with a gentle breeze at the evenings. Having a parking lot under the building is a huge plus.
The most surprising thing was that one of the two bath was operating only, and it still had water pressure issue. And the gas boiler was extreme noisy, you could not sleep the room next door. It was quite hot and humid, without air con. OK, it was not listed, so it was fair, but actually I would have been using it if it is there. Internet connection was a bit unstable.

El apartamento es grande y tiene una terracita. Dispone de plaza de parking y hay parada de bus muy cerca.
Falta refrigeración La conexión a Internet no es muy buena

Parfait !
Appartement très bien situé, à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Funchal. Il dispose d'une place de parking (très pratique). Le logement est tout à fait conforme à ce qui était prévu, 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bains et 2 WC, un grand salon et une belle terrasse. La cuisine dispose de tous les éléments nécessaires. Il était très propre. Rien à redire, franchement très bien ! A prendre sans hésitation.
Le répéteur de wifi qui ne va pas jusqu'au chambres.
