Our stay was disappointing and frustrating.

The code we were given to enter the property didn't work. We arrived very late in the evening and this was very inconvenient. This is the second time staying at the property and this same excuse was given to us that the connection sometimes doesn't work. If that's the case then why not arrange to give us the keys in the first place? The wifi was not listed anywhere in the unit - had to text the landlord/manager. The refrigerator was not on and when asked why it wasn't working, we were told "because we need to turn it on" without any instructions. We flew overseas for a funeral and found this attitude frustrating when all we wanted was for everything to be working on arrival without the additional stress.
