Bon séjour
Le logement et les équipements : L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est spacieux, assez bien équipé, avec une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. La vue et le confort : La vue sur la mer est tout simplement magnifique. Mention spéciale pour la place de parking privée, un vrai confort au quotidien ! L'emplacement : Idéalement situé à proximité de Marbella, Fuengirola et de l'aéroport de Malaga. L'organisation : Très bon accueil à l'arrivée par le propriétaire qui donne de bonnes explications, et un check-out autonome très pratique.
L'entretien : Le frigo n'était pas propre à 100 % à notre arrivée. De manière générale, bien que le logement soit entretenu, il montre quelques signes d'usure liée au temps, ce qui peut se ressentir sur un séjour longue durée. Le confort du salon : Le canapé n’est pas très confortable. Les assises sont usées et l'on sent malheureusement les parties métalliques de l'armature du convertible lorsqu'on s'y assoit.

Fijn verblijf gehad, schoon appartement met mooi uitzicht op een prima locatie, maar slecht onderhouden
Het ligt centraal op korte (auto)afstand naar verschillende plekken. Het heeft uitzicht op zee, wat wij altijd heel rustgevend vinden. Verder ligt het in een rustige omgeving en heeft het een fijn zwembad.
Het was slecht onderhouden. De deurklink van de badkamer viel eraf, de wastafel lekte flink die we zelf hebben moeten repareren. De luifel op het zonnige balkon konden we niet gebruiken, want deze was kapot. Ook misten we een aantal basiszaken, zoals keukenhanddoeken en vaatdoeken en een schaar. Kleine dingen, maar toch. Verder staan er maar 2 stoelen op het balkon en een hangstoel. Een of 2 extra gewone stoeltjes was fijn geweest voor een 4-persoons appartement. De tafel op het balkon was erg verouderd.

Excellent séjour accès facile au long trottoir de bois de 8-10 Km pour la marche et accès à toutes les commodité facile.
La location , la propreté , cuisine très bien équipée . La belle terrasse et le hamac.
