Super Lage, Fahrstuhl vorhanden
Von “acogedor” kann man hier nicht sprechen! Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf Apartment 3 in der 2. Etage: Leider war die Unterkunft sehr enttäuschend. Es gibt kein Tageslicht und keinen Blick nach draußen, was sofort ein Kellergefühl vermittelt. Das Licht ist kaltweiß und ungemütlich, Privatsphäre gibt es kaum – die Fenster gehen direkt ins Treppenhaus und sind nur halb blickdicht. Die sogenannte „Terrasse“ ist ein kleiner, geschlossener Innenhof, den man sich mit der Nachbarwohnung teilt. Ohne geschlossene Jalousien schaut man einem direkt ins Bett – mit Jalousien hat man gar kein Licht mehr. Die Wohnung ist außerdem renovierungsbedürftig: Die Dusche hat Risse und Schimmel, das Sofa ist beschädigt, die Küchenarbeitsplatte gebrochen, und die Fernbedienung funktioniert kaum. Ich habe zudem mehrere Kakerlaken gesehen. Positiv war der freundliche Empfang durch Arianne, die Tipps für Unternehmungen gab und eine Waschmaschine (mit Waschmittel) bereitstellte. Auf meine Anfrage, die Unterkunft zu wechseln, wurde allerdings nicht eingegangen. Insgesamt sehr unangenehm durch fehlendes Tageslicht, keine Privatsphäre und das kalte Licht – leider keine Empfehlung.

Arianna nos recibió al llegar, fue muy amable. Piso acojedor situado en zona céntrica teniendo las calles principales muy cerca. Recomendable.
