    The location is absolutely gorgeous! The views from the windows look straight out onto lemon trees and even some flowers. It’s only a 5–7 minute drive from the ocean, so around a 20–25 minute walk :)) The area is very peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming :))

    Although the area is quite peaceful, you can still hear pretty much everything the upstairs neighbors do. But I think that’s a downside you’ll find in almost any apartment, so it wasn’t too bothersome.

    Un apartament encantador magnificament situat.

    Hem passat dues setmanes a l’apartament. Haviem d’agafar el metro a diari, per això valorem que està molt ben situat. No faltava res del necessari. Estava molt ben aprovisionat. L’amfitrió molt amable i detallista, un encant. El nostre gos, també s’hi ha trobat molt bé.

    Va fer molta calor durant uns dies a tot Getxo, sort que hi havia un ventilador. Tret d’un parell de nits, la resta de dies va ser molt tranquil l’ambient.
