Lovely location and excellent staff support, especially when I had a phone stolen while in a shop, Paola was very helpfu

convenient to restaurants and public transport spacious terrace overlooking the canal mostly quiet air conditioning worked well

Bed was a little too soft for us; likewise the pillows - no neck support!

    Comfortable accommodation in central location

10/10 for central location and view. Key collection was easy. Surprisingly quiet at night, apartment was basic but clean.

Apartment wasn't modern which was to be expected given its historic location. No lift which wasn't an issue for us but might be a problem for someone with mobility issues.
