    I felt duped by the description and photos of the property, especially the location.

    The size of the villa is good, there are 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchenette. There are lots of utensils and cooking equipment, if needed. There is outside space (described as a garden). The bedrooms are on the lower floor, so a bit cooler.

    The address and pin location is inaccurate, the villa is situated on the main road Corso Viareggio (and not on via Smeraldo). it is opposite the ATM, so many cars stop there, in addition to driving past. The garden is in front of the property next to the driveway for the car, and, although enclosed by plants, is not enclosed from noise, car fumes, and people walking past. There is a roof terrace and more could be done to enhance this, e.g. a gazebo, chairs. The cupboards are very musty, and we didn't put anything in them. the property was advertised as having high-speed internet, but the wifi connection is poor. there is air conditioning in the living room only, not in the bedrooms.

    Great place for family vacation.

    A big, comfortable, well equipped house with a nicely arranged terrace to eat outside in a not overcrowded Mancaversa, few minutes walk from a nice free beach and not far from Gallipoli and other nice beaches. There is a supermarket very close. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, reacting quickly to our requests ( thank you 🙏🏾)

    The house is next too a quite busy road but the earplugs helped the more sensitive ones at night. There are ants outside which try to get in so one has to keep an eye on it.

    Posizione ideale sia per il mare che per i servizi. Ottimo spazio esterno, casa molto funzionale.

    Forse solamente un po' di odore di chiuso degli armadi delle camere. Da rivedere. Peccato che manchi il wifi.
