  This place is an absolute gem! We spent nearly two weeks here and enjoyed every single moment. The house is beautifully renovated with high-quality materials and tastefully decorated. It looks exactly as shown in the photos and was exceptionally clean. The sea view from the terrace is jaw-dropping; that alone is worth the price. Watching the sunrise every morning, as well as the moonrise and moonlight glistening on the water at night, made for an unforgettable experience. The location was ideal for us. Punta Molara vacation homes condo feels like a peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained park. There are several small bays within walking distance, and visiting in October we mostly had them to ourselves. Please note that the path down to these beaches is quite steep. Larger, famous beaches are all within a 25-minute drive. A car is definitely essential since there are no shops or cafes within walking distance, though decent pizzerias and great gelato are just a 10-minute drive away.

  We didn't quite get why basic household items (dishwasher capsules, trash bags, toilet paper) were not provided in a enough quantity for whole stay and paying almost 2k Euro for the accommodation we need to spend our vacation time shopping for the toilet paper etc. Upon request the host advised that they are provided strictly as a small "courtesy" starter set rather than a stocked amenity. Ok, we bought them and left plenty for future guests. The towels provided felt worn out, big towels were made of polyester and unpleasant to use. The pillows in one of the bedrooms were quite lumpy and due for replacement. We also missed having an electric kettle, so we purchased one and left it for future guests. A simple capsule coffee machine would also be a fantastic addition to elevate the experience even further! There was a moka pot but it was out of order.

  Splendide

  Nous avons adoré le confort de la location, la disponibilité du loueur et surtout la vue magnifique. La climatisation était aussi très appréciable.

  We had a wonderful stay in this house. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning and was one of the highlights of our vacation. The house is comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very kind, welcoming, and always available to help if needed. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful place with breathtaking views and excellent hospitality. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

  Très bon séjour dans ce lieu panoramique

  Une vue inégalée de la terrasse! Cette location, fin mai est située dans un environnement très calme. Très bon accueil de Simona.

  Une petite suggestion en ce qui concerne l équipement : un grille pain et une bouilloire électrique seraient les bienvenus pour le petit déjeuner.

  Great house with an exceptional view. You'll wake up every morning with a beatiful view of the sunrise at the sea. The apartment is fully furnished, has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Very friendly and helpful host.

  We didn't like that we had to leave at the end of our holiday ;-)!
