Location was great, washing machine, close to all tourist attractions
Shower drain badly needs clearing to prevent shower flooding over onto bathroom floor. Construction right across the road starting at 6.30am - not an issue for the accommodation managers.

The communication was completely off, and we didn't even get to stay there.
It was an appalling experience. I was given the runaround, there was a total lack of communication, and in the end, I wasn't even accommodated. After being messed around all day, I had to find somewhere else to stay.

Location, location, location!!
The location could not be better! The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was amazing:)
The pictures online did not reflect the actual property. And I was surprised when I got to the room that it was different that then was pictured online.

Excellent location, but regular service and cleanliness.
Excellent location. Many restaurants, shops and Acropolis close by.
WiFi didn’t work at all. Host said they would fix it and never did. Never replied to messages on Booking. Instead just sent messages about check out time. Cleanliness was not the best. We didn’t have proper instructions as to how to use the facilities.

Lokalita je v pešej dostupnosti väčšiny pamiatok a atrakcií a hneď pri metro stanici.
Ruch, hluk - apartmán je priamo nad coctail barom a ruch, búchanie stolov a stoličiek, hlasnú hudbu a zábavu hostí počujete intenzívne do cca 01:00 hod. Zápach z reštauračnej kuchyne, ktorá je priamo pod apartmánom, neumožňuje dlhodobo ponechať otvorené okná bez zápachu v byte Balkón bytu je orientovaný na špinavé nádvorie bytového domu, vrátane pohľadu na sklad a kuchyňu prízemnej reštaurácie (coctail baru), teda na príjemné posedenie na balkóne zabudnite. Kamera pri vchode apartmánu - pocit obmedzeného súkromia - majiteľ apartmánu má detailný prehľad kedy vstupujete a odchádzate z bytu. Náročnejšie schody do apartmánu nie sú pre starších ľudí a ľudí so zdravotným problémom, problematický prístup napríklad s kočiarom. Pravidelne nám vypadával wifi signál internetu. Dožiadanie extra príplatku za 2 ročné dieťa - napriek tomu, že naše dieťa navyžadovalo zvlášť postel, starostlivosť, ani uterák či spotrebu vody, odpadu, nečistoty a podobne - boli sme vyžiadaní uhradiť ďalší poplatok za tretieho dospelého obyvateľa bytu najprv vo výške 150€, neskôr vo výške 100€. Majiteľ bytu tieto peniaze žiadal pod hrozbou toho, že príde s niekym do bytu a vyhodí nás z neho ak nezaplatíme, hoci my sme si situáciu dôkladne preverovali a komunikovali so zákazníckou linkou podpory Booking.com a boli ochotní po ich vysvetlení rozdiel uhradiť. Postup majiteľa žiaľ nebol štandardný a znepríjemnil nám celý pobyt v Aténach.
