    The apartment is surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, open till late night. In the morning older people open their little shops with local vintage items. It's close to all important attractions, has everything needed. It can get loud at night as nearby there is a very popular bar where people dance and sing: it has its charm definitely, but if you prefer to go to sleep early get earplugs with you!

    The location is very central and convenient for getting around Athens. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and the building has a working elevator, which was helpful. The apartment was also stocked with plenty of soap, likely left by other guests.

    The WiFi — which was listed as an included amenity — was effectively unusable during my stay. I rely on internet for remote work and this had a significant impact. The host acknowledged the issue but did not offer a meaningful solution or refund, only breakfast, which did not compensate for the inconvenience. I also noticed similar explanations in other reviews so I’m not convinced this was a temporary issue. I just don’t think they pay for strong wifi. Because of the internet problem, I also couldn’t use the smart TV. Additionally, one of the window blinds was broken, the floors felt dirty after walking barefoot, and the kitchen was very minimally stocked. Only had one pot and one pan.
