    This was the absolute worst rental experience I've ever had. Upon check-in I was told that the management company Blue Swell should of sent me an email/text to inform me about the property, check-in, etc - I never got it!!!! Not even the correct gate code to access the "free" parking. The space didn't come with any info on the property amenities that we should of been able to use during our stay. Called numerous times for various issues & during one call I was put on hold waited 15mins & then was told someone would call me back - still haven't received a call back. To top it all-while taking a shower they cut the water off - no notice!!!!! Lastly the carpet is horrible, I paid nearly $1000 for a 3 night stay the least they could do was shampoo the carpet. Never ever again!!!! Renters Beware!!!!!!

    The condo its self was nice and very comfortable

    There was some food behind the couch from previous tenants and one of the elevators broke down several times and even when they were all running it took a very long time to get on one. The pool had some very extreme rules that made you feel uncomfortable at times almost like they were spying on you

    Refrigerator didn’t work when we arrived. Sofa needed replaced. Carpets needed cleaned throughout the building.

    Price was good. Living room furniture need updating. Carpet needs a good cleaning are should be replaced.
