  The apartment was clean, comfortable and had aircon in two bedrooms and sitting area which was great considering the August temps outside. There's an iron and hairdryer and towels provided. There was a concierge at reception to help book taxis and take payment for pool beds (€3) Pool was lovely, there was a bar/shop there for burgers and snacks and drinks. There was a large fridge and a job/Oven with pots and pans to cook. Carrefore supermarket is 10 walk away. There are bars and cafes and restaurants in the area so you don't need to go down to the marina or beach for that. If you don't get to park in the complex, street parking is free as long as the parking space has white lines.

  I was concerned about parking and called the management company to get a permit which was only available between 10 and 1.30 Monday to Friday and when I got in touch they said I had to come to their office to complete on system. It would have been handy as we had a lot of bags but we just left the car in street parking and brought the bags up the path. I would

  Apartamento de playa muy comodo.

  La casa es muy comoda y tienes todo lo necesaeio para tener una estancia agradable y como en casa.

  El tema del aparcamiento, que finalmente tuviera que ser fuera del parking ya que no habia sitio dentro, ya que estaban todas las plazas ocupadas.

  Christmas dissapointment

  The apartment was lovely and well furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect. The coffee machine and coffee pods a nice touch. Correspondence with the owner was good.

  Unfortunately we were disappointed. The owner messaged on the day we arrived to inform us that one bathroom had no hot water. And wouldn't be fixed during our stay. We were travelling with elderly parents, and the 2 bathrooms were required. It was too late to change the apartment. The hot water working was in the ensuite which meant having to wait for access. The cleanliness of the apartment was not of a high standard. Although reasonably clean the kitchen was quite dirty. We had to wash cups and plates and wipe everything down. The only wash sponge available was a used one quite grubby. The neighbours both sides were noisy. On the double room the tv was loud until around 3am.
