If you are ok with sharing at apartment with other guests and fon’t mind hauling your luggage all tge way up to your flo
It’s located within walking distance to Trevi fountain and other tourist spots. Close to restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy. Easy to get a taxi. We were met by Anna, who was very nice and helpful. She helped me haul my luggage through the stairs all the way to the 3rd level. She even gave helpful recommendations where the good places to eat are. Our favorite is ‘That’s Amore’. The bedroom suite is clean and not dated. The bathroom is nice. Rain shower and bidet spray a plus. Towels and toiletries provided. There are no windows to the bedroom but there is a door that opens to an enclosed patio, where all the neighbors sharing the courtyard can see you from the upper units :)
There was no elevator. A big negative and should have been mentioned at the booking site to warn guests. The units are all the way to the 3rd level that they call 2nd floor, lol. This suite is basically part of a 2 or 3 br. Apartment. So you share the hallway and kitchen area with other guests. Also as you enter the door to the building, there is no lobby. We were met by several large garbage bins. Quite unsightly and the smell of mold/mildew will greet you. The hallways and stairs are dusty and a dirty, maybe due to an ongoing construction/renovation? Probably not the fault of AD Tritone but surely they can complain to the administration of the building.
