Ottima posizione dell'appartamento.
Avevo il checkin fissato per le 13.30 alle 15.30 la stanza non era ancora pronta. La stanza era mal tenuta con crepe ai muri. In bagno non c'era acqua calda ed ho dovuto fare la doccia con l'acqua fredda. Il dispositivo per entrare nell'appartamento era difettoso ed ho impiegato molto tempo per accedere. esperienza da non consigliare.

A nightmare in this tourist trap.
Only the location.
Unfortunately, our stay at ADA Rooms was very disappointing and did not meet the conditions advertised on Booking.com. We arrived late in the evening and, shortly after using the shower, water began leaking through the wall into the bedroom. We immediately reported the problem and provided photos and videos to the property. The leak was still not fixed approximately 24 hours later. The air conditioning was not working. This was particularly problematic given the heat in Rome and the fact that the accommodation is located on a busy and noisy street. We had to keep the window open because of the heat, making the room even more uncomfortable. We also noticed that the room did not have the minibar/refrigerator neither the electronic lock mentioned in the Booking.com description. Despite reporting these issues immediately, we were unable to obtain an effective solution from the property. We ultimately had no choice but to leave and book another accommodation through Booking.com. The problems and the lack of communication with the owner are documented with photos, videos and messages. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this accommodation.

La ubicación.
El desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado y faltaba una de las puertas, por lo que el agua desbordaba por todos lados. Si sos una persona alta, es muy difícil bañarse. El duchador estaba roto. Se lo advertimos al administrador desde el día uno y lo tuvimos que perseguir para que nos respondiera. No lo solucionó en 4 noches que nos alojamos. El colchón es malo. Para quien llega exhausto de un día agitado de turismo es difícil descansar. En las paredes hay manchas de humedad. El servicio de habitación era bueno: siempre encontramos limpia la habitación. El aire enfriaba correctamente.
