  A Hotel That Does Not Deserve Five Stars – An Urgent Downgrade Is Necessary (No More Than Four Stars) I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and from the moment we arrived, it became clear that we had paid a high price for a disappointing and mediocre experience. Cleanliness: From the very entrance, we noticed dirt, dust, and greasy fingerprints everywhere. The carpet in the breakfast room was covered with bread crumbs and food stains. Noise and lack of privacy: The hotel is more like a complex of apartments, with each suite consisting of one or two bedrooms and a living room. The noise from neighboring suites made it feel more like a nightclub than a five-star hotel, with Libyan music and dancers every night until sunrise. Dirty bedding and poor-quality pillows: The bed sheets and bedding were dirty, covered with hair, makeup stains, and other unpleasant marks. The pillows were absolutely terrible: so hard and misshapen that they could easily leave you with a stiff neck. The worn-out condition of the bedding was also clearly noticeable. Poor facilities: It took a long time for the hot water to come through, and unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work on our first night. Disappointing breakfast: The breakfast was extremely poor, with very little variety for a hotel claiming to be five-star. The hummus and cheeses tasted as though they were stale or past their expiration date. The quality of the food was very low. The only positive aspect was the pastries, which were worth appreciating. Mosquitoes everywhere: And, to top it all off, there were mosquitoes everywhere, making it impossible to even open the windows. Overall, this was a huge disappointmen

  100% satisfied in all aspects

  I was pleasantly surprised with the check in staff member. Her name was Marwa and she was so generous in providing us with a free upgrade to a spectacular suite. Very friendly and helpful regarding location and all information needed. Also there was a lovely lounge next door with amazing food
