The hotel is in a good location and is in a 18th century building directly on the canal.
As with all Old Dutch buildings the stairs are very Steep and winding and narrow. Our room was described as being on the first floor although it required 42 narrow steep steps to reach. We had alerted the hotel that getting suitcases up to the room could be a problem and they arranged for someone to carry the suitcases up for us. If that had not been arranged it would have posed an extreme hardship to get up to our room. The room was very sparsely furnished with only one chair and a small warped table. No staff is present at the site, one deals with an avatar on a screen.

Perfect for a stay.
Fantastic location! Easy check in and it was close to the central train station.
Not a gripe but just for awareness, anyone with mobility challenges might not like the property b/c there was not an elevator. Did not bother us in the least but I don't think my elderly parents would have made it up the stairs.
