    Incredible location and great customer service!

    The location was incredible! It was right beside the Mehane Yehuda market and yet it was a quiet area. The suite itself was clean and very functional. Having a kitchen was really nice since we were buying market food to eat. The value was great! It is self check in (very straight forward) and there was an error on their end with our room reservation, but after messaging them on what’s app I received a call very quickly and they owned the error and earnestly wanted to make it right. It was excellent customer service.

    The room wasn’t the one we booked (balcony vs. Terrace) but see the positive part because they did resolve this the best way they could. The TV would turn on in the middle of the night to a picture screen saver, and the pull out couch was very uncomfortable (we slept with the couch cushions under it which solved this dilemma).

    Fabulous

    Very responsive management. Available at all hours and very helpful. Place is located in an excellent location in the heart of the city of Jerusalem yet was very well sound insulated. Had a unit with a huge balcony and nice out door furniture. Kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine in the bathroom was superb. Even had a cloth hanging contraption on the terrace where our cloth dried in no time in the Israeli beautiful sun. . We highly recommend this

    רחוק מהניראות בתמונות! בפועל הדירה במצב לא מתוחזק. הספה הנפתחת בסלון שבורה וכל החלק הקדמי שלה נופל ולא הצליחו לישון עליה. כשפנינו לבקש לסדר את זה חזרו אליהו רק למחרת - מה שלא הועיל כי הגענו ללילה אחד.
