  Estudio acogedor con preciosas vistas y una piscina maravillosa.

  Las vistas son maravillosas hacia La Gomera y el atardecer. El pisito esta muy bien equipado en general, sobre todo para una pareja y la nueva piscina es una autentica maravilla.

  El aire acondicionado es un ponguino portatil, no una instalacion profesional por lo que para enfriar el interior tienes que ponerlos en la entrada del balcon y no es totalmente eficiente y comodo. El calor se desprende directamente a la zona baja del balcon que es donde quieres estar al menos en el desayuno y en la zona, pero sirve para disfrutar de las vacaciones. No tiene aparcamiento pero esto ya lo sabiamos de antes, y nos hemos apañado bastante bien para aparcar a 5-8 minutos del apartamento siempre.

  Very good contact with the owner who was always helpful and allowed us for early check in and Kate check out. Very nice views from the balconies. 2 bathrooms and overall spacious apartment. Comfortable bed in one of the sleeping rooms. A decent supermarket very close. Free concerts in Hard Rock hotel every evening.

  The apartment definitely needs renovation, it smells a bit ugly, some furniture is really old. The towels had a damp smell too, some surfaces felt sticky and the fridge smelled fishy. Overall not what I expected. The swimming pool was closed which was not mentioned during the reservation. The owner allowed us to use the pool from the building nearby but that required a longer walk. The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space. There are big problems parking a car anywhere around so if you plan to use a car, keep that in mind.

  Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Teneriffa und haben uns im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Sauberkeit. Ausstattung. Geräumigkeit. Größe. 2 Balkone! 2 Schlafzimmer! Gemütliche Couch. Obst und Croissants zur Begrüßung. Waschmaschine. Letzte Etage.

  Keine Spülmaschine. Nachbar etwas laut. Kissen im Bett etwas ungemütlich.

  No swimming pool and I left the apartment after 1 night after full reimbursement

  The view

  Well, my stay lasted only 1 night despite booking for a week. As 2 major criteria for searching my accommodation during a long-awaited holiday were swimming-pool access and a sea view. Since sea view was alright and quite overwhelming from 16th floor where the apartment was based- the pool appeared "in development" and the owner showed me a hole in the ground-it looked like a building site to be honest (see photo). However, I was told that there is a swimming pool in the neighbouring building and I can get access there (since the owner's communicative English was non-existent she mentioned "one key"-which I thought referred to 2 keys in the bunch I was given- one for a flat and one for the swimming pool in the other building). Next morning I tried to access the pool but to my surprise none of the keys worked so I asked the owner again how I can enter the pool. Using whatsapp chat she told me that I should wait for some tourists leaving that building to sneak in and "don't tell the security guy you are from the other building as you will not get access to the pool". Excuse me?! It was clear at this stage that what was advertised on the booking.com as an apartment with a pool is a follie and based on a lie! I am sorry but I am not a teenager who will be sneaking behind tourist's backs to get access to the swimming pool for which I paid quite a lot of money! All in all booking.com was phoned and involved and after all-day-long ordeal of phoning, texting back and forth etc I was reimbursed in full and left that place with gusto! It only left a bad taste that someone can trick you like that and still feel ok with it. The advert of the apartment was based on the false pictures of the swimming pool to which you have no access to. The apartament looks dated as well and requires a bit of refreshing as even the smell inside it is not right. In general- not recommended and be wary what you book.
